The heart and soul of Al Reem Lebanese
Born and raised in the heart of Beirut, Chef Mohamad (affectionately known as Chef Mo) grew up surrounded by the rich aromas and flavours of traditional Lebanese cooking. From a young age, he would spend hours in his grandmother's kitchen, learning the secrets of authentic recipes passed down through generations.
After training in some of Lebanon's finest restaurants and hotels, Chef Mo brought his culinary expertise to the UK. His dream was simple: to share the true taste of Lebanon with his new community.
Today, Chef Mo runs the kitchen at Al Reem Cuisine in New Malden, making everything by hand, in house, every single day - nothing pre-made, nothing shipped in frozen.
